How to measure
To choose the correct size for you, measure your body as follows:
- Chest - Hold the tape around the fullest part of your chest keeping it parallel to the floor and straight around your back.
- Waist - To find your waist you need to measure between your lowest rib and the top of your hip bone.
- Length / Height - Measure from your shoulder downwards keeping the tape pulled tight.
