If we have an agreement with your child’s school to send bulk deliveries, this will be carried out at the end of every month. This arrangement will only happen during term time. If it falls during the school holidays however we have a planned pop up shop, you are able to process a click and collect order for for collection at the pop up shop.

If you would like an online order taken to your child’s schools next pop up shop you will need to place your order 2 working days before the specific pop up shop date.

We do charge for home delivery. Our charges change subject to value of order and area if the delivery is outside of the UK mainland. Please refer to our delivery charges on this link.

All parcels that weigh less than 1kg will be dispatched by 1^st Class Royal Mail Post which can take up to 3-5 working days; any parcels that are heavier than 1kg are dispatched by DPD which is next day.

We use DPD as our courier company. They send you a text message and email giving a 1 hour window for delivery to help you plan your day. If you are not going to be available to take delivery during the chosen time, you are able to contact them to rearrange delivery or you can give them alternative delivery instructions. This could be to leave it with a neighbour or leave it somewhere secure at your address. In this case Fosters Schoolwear will not be responsible if your order goes missing, this will be at the customer’s risk.

If the items you have ordered are in stock, we aim to dispatch your order the same day. If it is placed after 3pm, it will be dispatched on the next working day. If you have ordered an item that is out of stock, we will notify you when stock is due in. As soon as the stock arrives, this will be dispatched to you the same day.
